Festival Dranouter is a folk-and-roots-rooted music festival in a small West Flanders village near the French border, grown from a free 300-person gathering in 1975 into one of Flanders' most attended events. Festival Dranouter opened in 1975 as a free one-day gathering for around 300 people, headlined by an English Morris dance troupe called the Albion Morris Men, in a small West Flanders village a few kilometers from the French border.
