Cayman Brac Heritage Autumn Festival in Cayman Brac
Cayman Brac's Heritage Autumn Festival is an annual three-day weekend in October run by the nonprofit Cayman Brac Culture and Heritage, mixing open mic poetry, a canvas painting night, a children's art event at the island museum, a cultural arts fair, and a Bush Tea Party celebrating local herbal remedies. It builds on the group's year-long Brac AiR artist-in-residence program.
Cayman Brac's Heritage Autumn Festival grew out of Cayman Brac Culture and Heritage, a nonprofit formed to celebrate Caymanian heritage and culture specifically through the arts, on an island considerably smaller and quieter than Grand Cayman.
