Festival Vive Pelluhue in Pelluhue
Festival Vive Pelluhue is a free, three-night summer festival on the Costanera beachfront of Pelluhue, a small coastal town in Chile's Maule region, held each January. Each night runs a different theme, tropical and romantic music, youth-oriented urban acts, then comedy and music, drawing more than 15,000 attendees with national names like Kanela and Pailita alongside regional performers, against a Pacific coastline backdrop.
Festival Vive Pelluhue takes over the Costanera, the beachfront promenade of the small coastal town of Pelluhue in Cauquenes province, Maule region, for three nights each January, drawing crowds well beyond what the town's regular population would suggest.
