Kulturmodet, Denmark's cultural summit, fills Nykobing Mors for three days each week 34 in August with more than 700 conversations and art experiences spanning film, music, literature, visual art and political debate, drawing around 37,000 participants in recent editions. All events are free, staged around the town's Music Centre, with a dialogue format that actively encourages audience participation rather than passive listening.
