LHV Maijooks is the Baltic region's largest women-only running event, filling Tallinn's Song Festival Grounds each May with a 7-kilometre run or walk open to any pace. A newer weekend format adds a women-only half marathon and relay, plus a men's fun run, kids' races, live music and a health fair, turning the finish area into a lively public gathering built around movement rather than competition alone.

LHV Maijooks began in 1988 as a women-only run through Tallinn and has grown into the largest women's running event in the Baltic states, drawing around fifteen thousand participants each spring.
