Intimadbar Festival in Mitzpe Ramon
A three-day multidisciplinary festival held in Mitzpe Ramon's Spice Route Quarter, which closes to traffic for the event. Music, theater, dance, visual arts, poetry and children's programming run in parallel across the quarter's pubs, alleys and small venues, drawing on the town's unusual concentration of resident artists near the rim of the Negev's Ramon Crater.
Each year the Spice Route Quarter in Mitzpe Ramon closes to car traffic for three days so that the Intimadbar festival can turn its narrow streets, pubs and small venues into a multidisciplinary showcase built around the town's desert setting.
