Felicja Blumental International Music Festival in Tel Aviv
An annual Tel Aviv festival named for pianist Felicja Blumental, founded in 1999 by her daughter Annette Celine, spanning classical, jazz, and ethnic music across more than a dozen orchestras and ensembles. Concerts center on the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, with a newer dedicated venue, Studio Annette, added at the festival association's Shvil Hameretz home.
The Felicja Blumental International Music Festival takes its name from the Polish-Brazilian pianist Felicja Blumental, and was founded in 1999 by her daughter, Annette Celine, as a memorial that grew into an annual international programme centered at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.
