Lucca Summer Festival in Lucca

An open-air concert series staged since 1998 in Lucca's Piazza Napoleone, inside the city's unbroken Renaissance walls, drawing internationally touring rock, pop and blues headliners including Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen for single-night shows across late June and into late July each summer.

Piazza Napoleone, the largest square inside Lucca's intact Renaissance ring walls, turns into an open-air arena each summer when Lucca Summer Festival takes over the historic center.
