One Love Festival Jamaica in Montego Bay
One Love Music Festival, staged at Rose Hall outside Montego Bay, was founded by Cedella Marley and Rose Hall executive Michael Rollins to pair reggae headliners with a fundraising mission for education, entrepreneurship and environmental projects across Jamaica. Its documented 2017 edition booked Akon, Skip Marley, Tessanne Chin and Jahmiel, built around Bob Marley's own message of unity rather than a generic reggae-festival brand.
Cedella Marley and Rose Hall Developments executive Michael Rollins launched the One Love Music Festival on the grounds of Rose Hall outside Montego Bay in March 2017, booking a two-night bill that mixed international names such as Akon and Norwegian duo Nico and Vinz with Jamaican acts including Tessanne Chin, Jahmiel and Skip Marley.
