Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon in St Helier
Jersey's annual marathon weekend, first staged in 2006 as the island's first marathon in twenty years, now including a marathon, half marathon and shorter races sponsored by Standard Chartered. The 26.2-mile loop starts and finishes at Weighbridge Place, St Helier, taking in Waterworks Valley, St Ouen and Jersey's Green Lanes.
The inaugural Jersey Marathon in October 2006 was the first marathon staged on the island in twenty years, and the event has run every autumn since, growing into a full weekend of marathon, half marathon and shorter distance races under sponsorship from Standard Chartered.
