Ajloun to Salt Trail Festival in Ajloun to As-Salt
A four-day, roughly 62-kilometer guided trek along the Jordan Trail's Ajloun-to-As-Salt section, passing Anjara, King Talal Dam, and Rmeimeen before ending in As-Salt, the UNESCO-listed hill town known for its yellow limestone architecture. Organized periodically by the Jordan Trail Association as part of its wider annual hiking calendar.
The Jordan Trail's second official section runs 62.1 kilometers from Ajloun's highlands to the historic town of As-Salt across four days, with roughly 2,625 meters of ascent and 2,761 meters of descent along the way, and organized hiking events along this specific stretch are branded and run periodically by the Jordan Trail Association and partner tour operators.
