Ninulla International Folklore Festival in Gjilan/Ferizaj/Viti

The International Folklore Festival Ninulla, founded by Arsim Abazi, runs annually May 4-10 across the Kosovo towns of Gjilan, Ferizaj and Viti. Organized by SKOFF in partnership with CIOFF Kosovo, an official UNESCO partner, the festival is strict about authenticity: only live traditional folk performances in traditional costume are accepted, with arranged or processed songs excluded from the programme.

Each May, from the fourth through the tenth, the Kosovo towns of Gjilan, Ferizaj and Viti host the International Folklore Festival Ninulla, an event founded by Arsim Abazi and built around a simple but strictly enforced principle: only live, traditional folk performance counts.
