Oudomxay Ethnic Culture Festival in Oudomxay
Oudomxay Province, home to more than fourteen ethnic groups led by the Khmu, has hosted a multi-day Ethnic Festival showcasing performances, costumes and crafts representing its diverse communities. It complements individual group celebrations already held locally, including the Khmu harvest festival Teck Neum and the Hmong New Year.
