Selaata Byblos Half Marathon in Selaata to Byblos
The Rolling Half Marathon sends runners on a net-downhill 21.1-kilometer course each February from Selaata in the Keserwan hills to a coastal finish in Jbeil, historic Byblos. Organized by the Beirut Marathon Association, the race offers both individual and four-person relay formats, passing through Batroun, Hamat, and Amchit before finishing near Jbeil's Phoenician harbor and Crusader castle.
Runners drop nearly a thousand meters over 21.1 kilometers each February as the Rolling Half Marathon sends its field downhill from Selaata, a small inland town in the Keserwan district, to a finish line on the Mediterranean coast in Jbeil, the town historically known as Byblos.
