The Berdorfer Laf is an annual trail running race through the Mullerthal region, Luxembourg's 'Little Luxembourgish Switzerland,' organized by Berdorfer Laf asbl since 2009. Since 2022 the race has offered two main trail distances, 6.7km and 13km, plus three separate children's races, all starting and finishing at Centre Martbusch in Berdorf. The 2026 edition is scheduled for June 6.

The Mullerthal region in eastern Luxembourg has earned its nickname, Little Luxembourgish Switzerland, from a landscape of sandstone outcrops, narrow gorges, and dense forest quite unlike the rolling farmland found elsewhere in the country, and the Berdorfer Laf is the annual race that puts runners directly onto that terrain.
