Relais pour la Vie Luxembourg in Luxembourg City/Coque
Relais pour la Vie is a 24-hour solidarity relay held at the Coque, Luxembourg City's national sports and cultural center, organized by the Fondation Cancer. Teams of 24 to 48 people take turns walking or running in relay through the full day and night, with as many as 300 teams taking part and an online or remote participation option for those who cannot attend in person. Funds raised support cancer research, prevention and patient care.
The Coque, Luxembourg City's national sports and cultural center, spends most of the year hosting swimming, athletics and public fitness activity, but once a year the Fondation Cancer turns it into the stage for Relais pour la Vie, a relay built entirely around shared endurance rather than individual achievement.
