Muzika Muzika is Festivals Malta's national platform for original Maltese-language song, staged over three nights in Valletta each spring and broadcast live on national television. Composers, lyricists and singers compete with new compositions spanning ballad, folk and pop styles, continuing a lineage that traces back to the 1960 Malta Song Festival and the 1981 Festival Internazzjonali tal-Kanzunetta Maltija.
