Bate Toba, Lautare, or Beat the Drum, Fiddler, is a folk-music and tradition festival held May 24, 2026 in the village of Valeni, in Moldova's Cahul district. Valeni holds recognition as Moldova's first SMART Village and was honored as Destination of the Year 2024 and UNWTO Best Tourism Village 2023.
