Lastovska Festa in Lastva/Tivat
Lastovska Festa, or Lastovo Festivities, takes place on the first Saturday of August in Gornja Lastva, a hillside village above Tivat. Organized by the cultural-tourist society Napredak with the Tivat Cultural Center, it features a Boka Navy parade accompanied by the Tivat Music and Educational Society, traditional Lastovo circle dances, klapa-singing evenings called Evenings in the Mill, and local art exhibitions.
On the first Saturday of August each year, Gornja Lastva, a hillside village overlooking Tivat, hosts one of the more layered single-day festivals in the Bay of Kotor area: Lastovska Festa, or Lastovo Festivities.
