Moussem Moulay Abdellah Amghar, held each August near El Jadida, Morocco, is the country's largest moussem and one of the most significant religious gatherings in the Arab-Muslim world. A recent edition drew a record 450,000 visitors and nearly 42,000 tents, bringing together roughly 130 men's and three women's Tbourida troupes for equestrian displays, falconry, collective Quran readings and nighttime concerts honoring the Sufi saint Moulay Abdellah Amghar.
