From Friday afternoon through Sunday evening, the festival mixes main-stage concerts, workshops, ceili and dance sessions, craft stalls, open mics, jam sessions, and a Festival Choir, with onsite camping included in weekend passes.
Every Labour Weekend, folk musicians and their audiences make their way to the Scouts-owned Brookfield Outdoor Education Centre in Wainuiomata, just outside Wellington, for a festival that has been running since 1965.
