MiniOya in Oslo
MiniOya is Oslo's dedicated childrens music festival, run by the Miniøya foundation as a companion event to the citys larger Oyafestivalen, staged in Tøyenparken. Aimed at families, the festival includes a festival school program alongside performances, with its most recently confirmed dates set for June 12-13.
Øyafestivalen has been one of Oslo's defining summer cultural events since 1999, growing from a modest start at Kalvøya into one of Norways largest and most closely watched music festivals, known for booking major international acts alongside Norwegian artists.
