Trysilrypa is Norway's largest mountain running and hiking event for women, held annually in the ski resort town of Trysil, with the 2026 edition scheduled for September 3-6. Participants choose 6, 10 or 13-kilometer routes through the Trysilfjellet high mountains, starting and finishing at SkiStar Lodge.

Trysil is better known internationally as one of Norway's largest ski resorts, its slopes busy each winter with downhill skiers drawn to Trysilfjellet's long runs and reliable snow.
