BoogelWoogel Rosa Khutor in Sochi/Rosa Khutor
BoogelWoogel is a family-oriented winter festival held at Rosa Khutor, the alpine resort built for the 2014 Winter Olympics near Sochi, featuring snow-themed entertainment, contests, and activities aimed at children and families during the Russian winter holiday season.
Rosa Khutor was constructed in the years leading up to the 2014 Winter Olympics as the primary alpine skiing and snowboarding venue for the Sochi Games, transforming what had been a relatively undeveloped stretch of the Western Caucasus above Krasnaya Polyana into one of Russia's most modern mountain resorts.
