Bratislava Christmas Market in Bratislava

The Bratislava Christmas Market, running since 1993, spreads across three distinct sites in the Old Town each Advent season: the Old Town market on Hviezdoslav Square, the Main Christmas Market historically on Main Square and Franciscan Square, and a Medieval Christmas Market in the courtyard of Bratislava Castle, with stalls, concerts, and mulled wine running from late November through early January.

Since 1993, Bratislava has marked the weeks before Christmas by turning three very different parts of the city into festive marketplaces at once.
