Kirkwood Wildsfees in Kirkwood
The Kirkwood Wildsfees is an annual family festival held each June in Kirkwood, a small town in the Sundays River Valley of the Eastern Cape, a region built on citrus farming and close to the Addo Elephant National Park. Branded 'Die Dikste Baljaar' (roughly, the biggest bash), it brings a weekend of family entertainment and food to the valley under sponsorship from SPAR.
