KAP sani2c in Underberg to Scottburgh
The KAP sani2c is a three-day, 270 km mountain bike stage race in KwaZulu-Natal, running from a sheep farm near the Sani Pass in the southern Drakensberg down to Scottburgh on the Indian Ocean coast. A related nonstop endurance format covers the same 256 km route within a 24-hour cutoff.
The KAP sani2c takes its name from its start and end points: the Sani Pass, the mountain pass connecting the southern Drakensberg to Lesotho, and the coastal town of Scottburgh south of Durban.
