Dreambeach in Almeria
A week-long electronic and techno music festival held on the beach near Villaricos in Almeria province since the early 2010s. Its extended run, extensive beachfront camping and near-guaranteed dry summer weather set it apart from the shorter, more weather-exposed format of many other Spanish electronic festivals.
Dreambeach set itself apart from Spain's other electronic music festivals from its founding in the early 2010s by combining a beach setting on the Almeria coast with a full week-long running time, far longer than the single or double-day format of most dance-music events.
