The Devundara Esala Perahera, also called the Dondra Fair and Perahera, is held each July or August over eight days at the Dewundara Sri Vishnu Maha Devalaya in southern Sri Lanka. Rituals credited to 13th-century King Parakramabahu II honor Vishnu, protector deity of the island, combining a temple procession with a traders' fair.

Dondra's southernmost tip once anchored a Vishnu-devoted pilgrimage complex so prominent that, between the 13th and 15th centuries, Devinuwara, as the town is known in Sinhala, ranked among the busiest seaports and most celebrated centers of worship anywhere on the island.
