Zurich Openair in Zurich
Zurich Openair set out in 2010 to give Switzerland's largest city a broad-lineup international festival on the flat grounds near Rumlang, close to Zurich Airport. Rather than specializing in one genre, it books across pop, rock, electronic and hip-hop, with past lineups including The Killers, Kraftwerk and Post Malone, drawing crowds near 80,000 at its 2017 peak. It is entirely separate from both Street Parade, the city's one-day techno parade, and Zurich Film Festival's September cinema program.
