Sicca Jazz in Le Kef
Sicca Jazz is an annual international jazz festival held each spring inside the Kasbah citadel of Le Kef, a hilltop town in northwestern Tunisia. Founded in 2016 and named after the town's Roman-era name, Sicca Veneria, the festival pairs touring jazz and world-music artists with Tunisian musicians across four days of ticketed concerts, a free open-air stage, and industry showcases in the municipal garden.
Le Kef sits on a limestone spur in northwestern Tunisia, close to the Algerian border, its Kasbah citadel visible for miles across the surrounding valleys.
