Koktebel Jazz Festival is a jazz and world music festival that began in Crimea in 2003 but has been repeatedly displaced since Russia's 2014 annexation of the peninsula, relocating to Zatoka and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in Odesa Oblast, later to Kyiv's Trukhanov Island, and most recently documented in Shchaslyvtsevo.

Koktebel Jazz Festival began in 2003 in the Crimean resort town of Koktebel, conceived as an attempt to revive the area's earlier reputation as a cultural center for the wider region.
