Holiday Festival of Lights transforms James Island County Park in Charleston, South Carolina into a three-mile, drive-through display of roughly two million lights and more than 750 individual displays, running nightly from mid-November through New Year's Eve. Now in its fourth decade, the seasonal event includes a midpoint stop for holiday shopping, treats, and visits with Santa, drawing more than five million visitors since it began.
