Since 2018, Bass Canyon has brought three nights of dubstep and bass music to the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington, anchored by producer Excision and a rotating lineup of bass-genre acts. Fans camp on the amphitheatre grounds above the Columbia River for a festival built specifically around heavy bass, drum and bass, and dubstep subgenres rather than broad electronic dance music programming.

The Gorge Amphitheatre's dramatic Columbia River canyon setting has made it a magnet for major touring festivals across genres, and in 2018 it added a dedicated home for bass music with the launch of Bass Canyon.
