New Brunswick Heart Festival in New Brunswick

The New Brunswick Heart Festival fills Monument Square outside the State Theatre with free live music, dance classes, a craft Arts Market, and a history corner each August, first proposed in 2019 and held virtually in 2020 and 2021 before moving outdoors in person in 2022. Presented by State Theatre New Jersey, the New Brunswick Cultural Center, NBPAC, and I Am D. Muse, it reached its seventh annual edition in 2026.
