Princeton Festival in Princeton
The Princeton Festival is a performing arts company based in Princeton, New Jersey, presenting three weeks of opera, musical theater, chamber music, jazz, dance, and drama each June at venues across town. Launched in 2004 by founding artistic director Richard Tang Yuk, it has grown from five events into as many as fifty, alternating traditional opera classics with rarely staged modern works and earning repeated recognition as the state's top opera producer.
Its cultural institution backing and Princeton setting make it a strong arts row.
