The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is a nighttime autumn walking exhibit held at Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island, generally understood to feature thousands of hand-carved, illuminated jack-o-lanterns arranged in elaborate seasonal displays along the zoo's pathways each fall.
Roger Williams Park Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the United States, sits within a large historic public park in Providence originally donated to the city in the nineteenth century, and the zoo has long used its extensive grounds for seasonal programming beyond standard daytime animal viewing.
