The Sioux Falls Marathon is a USATF-certified Boston Qualifier run through downtown Sioux Falls and past Falls Park each year, established in 2012 by the Sioux Falls Sports Authority, with a portion of every entry fee supporting Sanford Children's Hospital and the Children's Miracle Network in South Dakota.
